SELLER POLICY

ORDERS:

Once an order is placed, it will be processed and fulfilled in a timely manner, generally within 21 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with the order details and any tracking information once your order is shipped. 

PRODUCTION TIME:

If an item requires custom production - such as professional framing - please allow an additional 14 business days for completion before shipping.

DUTIES & TAXES: 

Customers are responsible for duties and taxes. 

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the artwork. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Tilly within this timeframe. Email tillytrevitt@gmail.com to arrange.

Please ensure the artwork is packaged and sent back in its original condition. If the artwork is damaged in transit, the return shipping fee will be covered (photo evidence is required).

If the artwork is not to a customer's liking, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The return must be insured to the artwork's value.

DAMAGED GOODS: 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact tillytrevitt@gmail.com immediately to arrange a return. See above. 

COPYRIGHT: 

Tilly retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to her artwork. Where originals are sold, customers are purchasing the right to display and possess the artwork - but not the right to make copies or use images for commercial purposes without written consent. Tilly's artwork may not reproduced, sold or distributed without written consent.
